Data is processed only if you fill in the contact / quote form:
- Identity data: name and surname
- Contact data: e-mail address and, if you provide it, phone number
- Customer transaction data: company name, subject and any information you include in your message
- Transaction security data: date and time of the submission, and a technical value derived from the IP address (from which the IP address cannot be recovered), kept to prevent misuse
No other personal data is collected during your visit; there is no membership, account creation or online sale on this website.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to assess your request and respond to you. The legal bases are Article 5/2-(c) — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5/2-(f) — legitimate interest — of the Law.
4. Method of Collection
Data is collected electronically and automatically through the contact / quote form on this website.
5. Transfers
Data is processed by authorised employees of the Company and within the systems of our hosting and e-mail service providers, so that your request can be answered. Except where required by legislation, no transfer is made to third parties, subject to Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory limitation and retention periods; once those periods end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under Article 7, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. Applications
You may submit your requests to the e-mail address on the contact page or in writing to the Company address, in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, under Article 13 of the Law.
